Sway-A-Way's innovative RaceRunner Shock series combines sophisticated design and manufacturing with the high quality and ruggedness required for the severe conditions of off road racing. Available in 2", 2-1/2" and 3" design diameters in a variety of stroke lengths.

RaceRunner shocks incorporate a unique dampening method: fluid is forced through a series of stainless alloy spring washers. By changing the thickness of the washers, the compression rebound dampening in the shock can be adjusted to meet racing conditions. All RaceRunner shocks come with external reservoirs and provide for single or dual rate coil over kits. The kits can be retrofitted onto the shocks because all cylinders are completely threaded on the outside. RaceRunner shocks are completely rebuildable, and service parts are available separately.

Bilstein 5100 Series

The 5100 Series offers traditional Bilstein technology with applications for lifted trucks, Jeeps and prerunners. Our 5100 Series shock absorbers are designed for specific manufactured lift kits utilizing the stock O.E.M. mounting configuration. 5100 Series shocks feature Bilstein's superior single tube high gas pressure design for the upmost in consistent fade-free performance and long life. BTS Kit - NEW Bilstein 5100 Coilover for Toyota Tundra
Thyssen Krupp Bilstein of America announces the new 5100 series coilover for the popular Toyota Tundra Pickups. These new shocks utilize technology developed through over 30 years of off-road racing victories.

In fact, more races have been won on Bilstein than on any other shock absorber. Featuring a ride height adjustable threaded body, vehicle specific split valving and Bilstein¹s patented high pressure gas monotube technology. The new shocks also incorporate a billet upper mount stem conversion which allows the use of eye to eye mounting. This allows the shock to articulate throughout the entire suspension travel without the spring bind associated with other designs.

The Bilstein coilover also uses OEM mounting bushings for long life and a Bilstein/Hyperco 2.5² progressive rate spring, and all spring mounting hardware. As with all 5100 series shocks it comes Zinc plated and has a lifetime aftermarket warranty.

* Bilstein also offers the companion rear 5100 shocks with matched valving.

Bilstein 6100 Series

The Bilstein 6100 Series are the most successful shock absorbers in off-road racing history. Since their inception in the early 70's, 6100 Series have equipped more winning off-road cars and trucks than any other shock. Today, the 6100 Series are perfect for meeting the demands of off-road recreational vehicles such as forerunner trucks, Baja Bugs, rockcrawlers and sandbuggies. Available for standard and coilover applications, this series is primarily designed for vehicles with modified shock mounts and Type I VW suspension. All 6100 Series come with spherical bearing end loops, which accept 1/2" and 12mm mounting bolts.

Bilstein 7100 Series

The versatile 7100 Series shocks are designed for stock truck and limited buggy race applications as well as prerunner trucks, off-road and sandbuggies and other recreational vehicles. Completely owner rebuildable, Bilstein 7100 Series shocks come in remote reservoir or standard body with schrader valve fitments.

Bilstein 9100 Series

Developed for the professional off-road racer, the Bilstein 9100 Series is truly state-of-the-art. The 9100 Series are available in three styles: Standard Body, Coilover and External Bypass. All 9100 Series are completely owner rebuildable.

Bilstein 9100 Series Standard Body Extreme duty take-apart damper designed for off-road racing. Valving can be adjusted internally for rebound and compression.

Bilstein 9100 Series Coilover
Designed to combine the function of damper and spring. The coilover offers the same damping features as the standard body shock with the ability to mount an external coil spring for load carrying capability.

Special Notes:
Bilstein does not manufacture or sell coil springs for off-road use. However, most Bilstein off-road retailers sell springs. They can also offer advice on spring rates.

It is not recommended to use a coilver in conjunction with an auxiliary spring source, such as Leaf Springs or Torsion Bars.

Bilstein 9100 External Bypass
External Bypass shocks offer position sensitive adjustability. Damping adjustments for rebound and compression can be made externally, via High Flow Metering Check Valves. Simply turn the adjuster screw clockwise to increase damping force and counterclockwise to decrease damping force.
